We block cards if required and re-issue them. We also manage the end to end investigation of fraud claims from the cards holders. Investigation of fraud claims made on the Debit or Credit cards across all the possible areas like ATM, Lost & Stolen, Card Not Present (CNP), Counterfeit and Intercept. Basis investigation, the fraud account is blocked, funds are refunded to the victim, and fraud accounts are closed.
